🌻 Transforming My Yard: A Fresh Start! 🌻

Today was a game-changer for my yard, and I couldn’t be more thrilled! 🌱 There’s a flower bed in my backyard that I share with the neighbor behind me. It was completely overgrown with weeds, and no matter how hard I tried to keep up, those pesky weeds kept coming back stronger than ever. 😤 The neighbors weren’t too keen on maintaining it either, so it became a bit of a jungle.

But today, I called in a favor from a friend who owns a landscaping company. 🌿 He came over and worked his magic, removing almost all the unruly plants, leaving just four small clumps of flowers behind. Now, I have a clean slate to start a new flower bed, and I couldn’t be more excited! 🌸

While digging, he discovered a massive rock hidden beneath the soil, which is now the stunning focal point of my revamped flower bed. I can’t wait to move some of my other flowers there once the season wraps up—I needed to split them anyway. It looks soooooo much better! 🪨🌼

This was after a load of plants was taken out! 😳

But the excitement didn’t end there! 🚜 I got a call from the local vegetable stand today, letting me know that my bushel of tomatoes was ready for pickup! 🍅 I ordered them to supplement the tomatoes I’ve been harvesting and freezing from my garden all summer. When I picked them up this afternoon, I was blown away—holy tomatoes! 😲 I doubled my order from last year, and let’s just say, a bushel holds A LOT of tomatoes!
