What a Weekend! ✂️✨🎄

What a weekend it has been! 🎄✨ The last few days have been spent almost entirely in my craft room, working nonstop to get projects completed before Christmas. I have been incredibly blessed this year with orders from my craft business, and I’m so grateful that it also provided some extra funds right when I needed them most for the holidays. ❤️ That gratitude definitely helps push me through the long hours.

That said… I am exhausted. 😴 Between six hours in the craft room today and ten hours yesterday, my body is feeling it. While all customer orders are officially finished (yay! 🎉), I still have several personal projects left to complete. My hope is to chip away at those during the week—fingers crossed I can find the energy.

Don’t get me wrong, I truly love what I do. 💕 I love helping people bring their visions to life and creating meaningful gifts you simply can’t buy in a store. There’s something special about knowing each piece is made with intention and heart. But—lesson learned—next year I will absolutely be setting a cutoff date for orders. ⏰ I need to make sure I leave enough time for my own projects too.

Today also brought a small change in routine. Instead of using the crockpot, I made pizza casserole in the oven, and it was so good. 🍕 Best of all, it made enough to cover lunches for the entire week—always a win!

For the rest of tonight, Bella and I are officially in relax mode. 🐾💤 This upcoming work week is bound to be a busy one, so rest is a must. Tomorrow after work, it’ll be right back to the craft room to keep checking things off the list.

Closing Reflection 💭✨

This season is a reminder that while hustle has its place, rest matters too. I’m learning to balance creativity, gratitude, and grace—especially with myself. One project, one day, one step at a time. 💕

🎄✨ Thanks for following along during this busy season! Wishing you cozy nights, creative joy, and a little extra rest wherever you can find it.
