✨ Happy Crockpot Sunday! ✨

What. A. Week.
It’s been busy, exhausting, and honestly… I haven’t been feeling 100%. Whatever sinus monster has taken up residence in my face needs to move out immediately, because it has made getting anything done feel like a full-body workout. 😩💨

But even feeling crummy didn’t stop life from happening! I hosted Thanksgiving for my family this year, and whew — cooking a 25-lb turkey is no joke. 😂🦃 The meal was delicious, everyone left full and happy, and even after sending containers home, I still had a mountain of leftovers. So today’s Crockpot Sunday seemed like the perfect time to put it all to good use.

Tator our Thanksgiving Turkey

I tossed the leftover turkey and all that rich, delicious juice into the crockpot and made a big cozy batch of Turkey Noodle Soup. It was hearty, warm, and exactly what I needed while watching the Bills game. 🥣💙❤️ Another bonus? It cleared out a ton of turkey from my fridge!

I’ve also been off work since noon on Wednesday, so I’ve been soaking up every minute of the break — especially because Bella turned 7! 🎉🐾 Her birthday fell on Thanksgiving this year, which made the day even more special. She was absolutely spoiled, just like she deserves. Her favorite thing in the whole world is lambie… so naturally, I got her a 2.5-foot lambie and she has been snuggling that thing like it’s her life mission. It’s adorable. 😍

Between birthday celebrations and leftovers, Bella and I also decorated the house for Christmas. 🎄✨ Everything feels warm and festive, and we are currently cozied up, enjoying the lights while the Bills play.

Our stocking are hung by the fireplace  with care!

Back to work tomorrow — and the next three weeks are going to be wild — but then I get two whole weeks off with Bella. And that makes the chaos worth it. ❤️🐶

Here’s to good food, cozy Sundays, and the countdown to Christmas! 🎅🏼✨
