The Adventures of Julie and Bella 2025

I don’t know about you, but I have never been so glad for a little time off. This week completely wore me out as I tried to get back into the swing of things at work. By the time I walked in the door today, all I wanted to do was collapse on the couch… but the lawn needed mowing, the garden needed watering, and of course, the weeds don’t wait for anyone!

Now I’m finally sitting down—feeling like I could just melt into the chair—except I remembered I tossed in a load of laundry earlier, which means I still need to switch it over to the dryer. Does anyone else feel like the to-do list never actually ends? 📝 It’s like the moment you finish one thing, five more pop up!

Tonight though, Bella and I are officially calling it quits. 🐾 She’s already snoozing peacefully on the floor next to me while I curl up in my reading room. I’m hoping to get through a few chapters before I inevitably “passport” into dreamland.
