Today was one of those days where my body said, slow down! 😴 After a very busy first week back to work, I just needed to sit and relax. My original plan was to get outside and start cleaning up the yard 🌿🍂, but exhaustion won. The yard will still be there tomorrow, and sometimes we just have to give ourselves permission to rest. 💆♀️✨
On top of being tired, my eye drama continues. 👀 I’ve been faithfully using the prescription drops since Wednesday night—every 12 hours like clockwork. ⏰ Unfortunately, instead of relief, my eyes now feel drier and burn all day long 🔥, and my cheeks aren’t doing any better either. 😣 I’m going to give it a couple more days, but if there’s no improvement, I’ll be calling the doctor. ☎️
On a brighter note, I was finally able to harvest more green beans! 🫘 The seeds I planted later in the season are just starting to bloom 🌸 and produce, and tonight I was able to gather a pretty good-sized haul. 🥕🥒🍅 I also picked a few other goodies, making it probably my last big harvest of the year—well, except for the brussels sprouts, which are still taking their sweet time. 🥦 Pretty soon it will be time to finish cleaning up the garden and start prepping for next year. 🌱✨

For now though… I’m choosing more relaxation. 🛋️ Sometimes that’s exactly what’s needed. 💖
