The Adventures of Julie and Bella 2025

Today was just one of those blah days. 😔 My eyes and face have been hurting, and on top of that, I’ve had a headache hanging around all day. Because of that, Bella and I didn’t really do much—we kept things pretty low-key. 🐾💤

I did manage to get in some craft planning ✂️🧶 for projects I want to create, and I tested another candle I made. Believe it or not, candle making isn’t just melting wax and adding a scent! There are so many little variables that affect how a candle performs. After making about 10 test candles, I think I finally found the right combination to get a proper, even burn. 🕯️✨ That felt like a small win in an otherwise off day.

But it wasn’t just my head and eyes that were heavy today—it was my heart too. 💔 One of my favorite songs came on while Bella and I were chilling, and it brought back a flood of memories I wasn’t ready for. I just can’t seem to win with those moments. Thankfully, I had my sweet Bella snuggled right up next to me, reminding me I’m never really alone. ❤️🐶
