Taking One Day at a Time – My Wellness Month Journey 💛

Today was a bit better than yesterday. I’m still not feeling 100% emotionally, but I’m reminding myself that healing isn’t linear — and that’s okay.

I recently found out that August is National Wellness Month — a time dedicated to prioritizing self-care, stress management, and healthy routines. It focuses on every part of our well-being: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Honestly, the timing couldn’t be more perfect for me. 🌿

So, I’ve made a little promise to myself: this month, I’m going to focus on me.

✨ I’m going to get back to eating in a way that nourishes my body.
✨ I’m going to make space for the things that bring me peace and joy.
✨ I’m going to be kinder to myself, even on the hard days.

Because I can do this. I don’t need to have it all figured out. I just need to keep showing up — one small step, one healthy choice, one deep breath at a time.
