The Adventures of Julie and Bella 2025

Happy Saturday, friends! ☀️💛

Last night after we wrapped up our blog, Bella and I had a little summertime adventure! 🌙🔥 We headed out to the back patio and enjoyed our first fire of the season! Bella 🐶 crawled up beside me on the lounge chair, and we just sat there together, soaking in the warmth and watching the flames dance. It was the perfect way to spend a Friday night—peaceful, quiet, and just what we needed. 🥰✨

Today was a low-key kind of day for us—exactly how Saturdays should be! 😌 We started the morning with a walk 🚶‍♀️🐾 in the cool air, and for the first time in a while, I actually needed a sweatshirt! 🧥🍃 It felt so refreshing!

After coffee ☕, I tackled the lawn while it was still nice and cool out. Mowing gave me a great workout 💪🏽 and there’s something so satisfying about seeing the freshly trimmed grass. 🌿✅ The rest of the day was pure chill: relaxing 🛋️, napping 💤, reading 📚, and we even fit in an afternoon walk! 🐾💕

Now for tonight’s garden adventure… we had a bit of drama! 😅 One of the tomato 🍅 branches snapped from the weight of the fruit! Thankfully, most were nearly ripe, so I brought them inside to finish ripening in the kitchen window. 🪟🍅 One of them is huge! I also pulled out the last two bean plants 🌱 since they were done producing, and tomorrow I’ll be planting new seeds in those pots! 🌻🪴

As for tonight? We’re torn between another cozy fire 🔥 or a relaxing movie night 🎥🍿—either way, it’ll be the perfect ending to a peaceful Saturday. 💫
