Holy windstorm and downpour, Batman! 🤯 This morning’s weather was WILD—like Mother Nature had a meltdown. But honestly? It made for the perfect excuse to slow down, craft, and curl up with my book (as best I could… these dang stitches are still making it hard to get comfortable 😩).
Despite that, I made the most of it! If you remember, I recently ordered some new fragrance oils for candle making—and let me just say: WOW. They arrived yesterday and ohhhh my goodness, they smell AMAZING! 😍
I also found the cutest Fall-themed vessels (think cozy, rustic vibes 🍂), so I couldn’t wait another second to get pouring! This morning I made: 🕯️ Two Spiced Pumpkin candles in fall-themed containers
🕯️ One Warm Cinnamon Bun candle in the cutest little acorn vessel

Tried out my new fragrance oils and cute fall containers today — Spiced Pumpkin and Warm Cinnamon Bun are in the works! Now to patiently (kinda) wait while they cure! 😍

Now comes the hard part: the waiting. I have to let them cure for up to two weeks 😭 (apparently that’s the magic window for maximum scent throw). The struggle is real.
After I poured the candles, Bella and I snuggled up on the couch—me at one end, her at the other—and did a little reading… followed by a glorious nap. 😴 Between the stormy weather and these antibiotics, I was wiped out. But the rest felt amazing.
And while the rain saved me from watering my green babies today, I did go out to check on them (of course!). Exciting news! I have a few tomatoes that are so close to being ready for harvest. Tomorrow might be the big day! 🍅 Tonight’s haul was just five little green beans—which tells me those plants are wrapping things up. But the new ones I planted? Thriving! 🌱

These beauties are so close to being ready — I can almost taste the garden-fresh goodness! Bella helped with quality control, of course. 🐾👩🌾

Crummy weather or not, today was full of the good stuff: gardening, reading, candle making, and couch snuggles with my best girl. 💚
