🌱Holy Garden Day, Batman!🌿
Whew! What. A. Day. I just got in from checking on the garden and giving all my green babies a well-deserved drink. Their day started bright and early with a solid dose of Captain Jack! 🧪🪴
Nope—not the rum! 😂 I made a trip to Walmart and picked up Captain Jack’s Copper Fungicide to give the tomatoes, squash, cucumbers, and zucchini some extra protection. I came home and sprayed everyone down, and they all looked so refreshed!

This evening, after their watering, I gave the tomato plants another solid pruning session. Then, out of curiosity (and because I can’t help myself), I decided to take a little tomato inventory…
🍅 Drumroll please… I currently have 49 Roma tomatoes and 54 regular tomatoes growing out there! 🤯
And that’s not even counting the cherry tomatoes!

My eggplant is loaded with buds—so fingers crossed for a good harvest! Tonight’s green bean harvest came in at a solid six, and I’ve planted some new seeds to start a fresh batch of bean plants. We’ll see how those do!
🌿🌞 So yes, my evening garden time was delightfully eventful.
The rest of the day was spent in full-on craft mode! I made a few new candles 🕯️ (so excited about how they turned out!) and did a bit of idea-hunting and research. I even snuck in some reading time and officially finished book #30 for the year! 📚 Only 24 more to reach my goal!

Tonight, I’m taking it easy. My back’s a little sore again, so I gave it some air today and skipped the bandage, but I’ll probably cover it up again before bed.
🌙💜 Here’s to productive days and peaceful nights.
