The Adventures of Julie and Bella 2025

Whew! What a weekend it’s been — busy, fun, and now Bella and I are officially wiped out. 🐾💤

Today we hosted a Father’s Day BBQ at our house, so there was no Crockpot Sunday this week — a rare occurrence! Instead, we fired up the grill and served up hotdogs and Italian sausage. The weather was absolutely perfect. We soaked up the sunshine in the backyard, and a lovely breeze kept the heat from being too overwhelming.

While the family was over, I enlisted my brother’s help to fix the patio lights. They were hanging way too low — even I had to duck every time I walked by. He got them lifted to a much better height, so now we can enjoy the glow without the head bumps. 😅

Now that everyone’s gone and the house has quieted down, Bella and I are crashing for the night. We’re going to try and squeeze in some rest before it’s back to work tomorrow.
