I started with a homemade cauliflower crust pizza. I’ve always wanted to try making one from scratch, and today was the day! While the flavor was great, I think I needed to bake the crust a bit longer—it could have been crispier. But even with a slightly softer texture, it was still really tasty! I’ll definitely be making it again, tweaking the baking time for that perfect crunch. 🔥

TikTok Inspiration: Pistachio Fluff with Chocolate 🍫💚
My second culinary experiment was inspired by a TikTok video I stumbled upon. It was a Pistachio Fluff made entirely with sugar-free ingredients, and it had a delightful chocolate twist. I whipped up a batch, and it did not disappoint! The best part? I have leftovers for tomorrow—because a little bit of fluff goes a long way! 😍

Lately, I’ve been stuck in a bit of a rut, losing and gaining the same two pounds over and over. It’s frustrating, but instead of getting discouraged, I decided to switch things up.
