Happy Monday, everyone!
Since January 1st, I’ve been committed to making healthier choices, and it’s been a journey of rediscovering how delicious healthy living can be! Tonight’s dinner was a creamy chicken dish that was both satisfying and guilt-free. Who says eating well has to be boring? Fitness-wise, I’ve been staying consistent, thanks in large part to Bella. She absolutely loves our daily walks, and her enthusiasm keeps me moving—even in this frigid, windy weather. The cold might make me hesitate, but her wagging tail is all the motivation I need. Eventually, I’d like to incorporate more activities into my routine. Maybe February will bring new fitness goals—one step at a time!

For now, I’m winding down the evening by watching the snow gently fall outside my window. It’s the perfect backdrop for a cozy, restful night. Wishing you all a wonderful evening and a great start to your week!
