The Adventures of Julie and Bella 2025

There’s something so comforting about the aroma of chili simmering away on a rainy day. Today, I whipped up a hearty batch using some of the tomatoes from my garden that I had frozen and my homemade sauce from Sauce Day. It felt so rewarding to use ingredients I’d worked hard to preserve! The house smelled divine, making it the perfect backdrop for a cozy day.

While the crockpot worked its magic, Bella and I enjoyed a lazy morning snuggling up with my book (currently finishing book #53 of the year!). I also spent some time brainstorming recipe ideas for the new year—there’s always something exciting about planning ahead for delicious meals.👩‍🍳

By 1 PM, it was time to cheer on the Bills, and they did not disappoint! The energy was electric, and I’m thrilled our boys remain undefeated at home. ❤️🤍💙🏈

Now, as the day winds down, Bella and I are relaxing on the couch, watching The Great British Baking Show.🥧🧁🍰 It’s the perfect way to wrap up this cozy, rainy Sunday.
