A Busy but Blissful Sunday

Today was one of those days where I barely stopped moving, but in the best way possible! It all started with Bella and me getting some fresh air on our morning walk. After breakfast, it was time to dive into my long to-do list.

First up, I tackled the dishes I left drying from last night. Then it was time to get creative in the kitchen—frosting cookies! These cookies had been waiting since last weekend, and they turned out beautifully. After that, I cut and packaged my peanut butter fudge, which looked (and smelled) divine. Of course, with all that baking and frosting came a big cleanup session, so I took care of that before moving on to one of my favorite Sunday traditions: Crockpot Sunday!

This week’s dish? Meatball Stroganoff served over creamy mashed potatoes. It was absolutely delicious—warm, hearty, and full of flavor. I’m already looking forward to enjoying the leftovers all week. (Scroll down for the recipe if you want to try it yourself!)

Once the crockpot was doing its magic, I shifted gears to holiday prep—wrapping Christmas presents! By the time that was done, it was already lunchtime. Bella and I headed out for our afternoon walk, soaking in the fresh air and stretching our legs.

The rest of my day was wonderfully low-key. I curled up with my current book (I’m hooked!) while waiting for the Bills game to start. Watching them win was the cherry on top of an already great day! Now, the evening is winding down with Christmas movies playing in the background and Bella snuggled up beside me.

How did you spend your Sunday? Did you check off a to-do list like me, or enjoy some much-needed relaxation? Let me know!
