What have you been working on?
The past week has been all about trying to keep myself sane. Things have been pretty rough, and it’s taken a lot of energy just to get through each day. Today, though, I made it a priority to focus on relaxing and taking care of myself.
I did manage to do a few minor things around the house—nothing too demanding—but the majority of my day was spent enjoying some much-needed downtime. I binged on Netflix and got lost in my book for hours. It was a small escape, but it felt so necessary.
I’m hoping that this upcoming week will bring a bit more calm and balance. I could really use it!
