It’s Sunday, and you all know what that means—Crockpot Sunday is here! 🙌But let me tell you, today’s cooking adventure started off with a little hiccup. I forgot to take out the ground beef to thaw! 😅 Thank goodness for the microwave defrost feature—my kitchen hero today!

I decided it was the perfect weekend to try something new, so I found a recipe for Goulash. 🥣
Luckily, I had most of the ingredients on hand, so I got to work. First things first, I thawed and browned the ground beef. Then, I added everything (except the noodles and cheese) into the crockpot and set it to low for 6 hours. Slow-cooking magic! ✨
After it cooked, I stirred in the cheese and boiled some noodles to add. It was a bit thin, so I threw in some tomato paste to thicken it up. And then… the moment I’d been waiting for all day—time to dig in! 🍴 The smell had been teasing me for hours, and when I finally tasted it… wow! 😋So good!

Bonus: I’ve got leftovers for lunch all week, and I’m sharing some with my parents too. Win-win!

Once the cooking was done, I switched gears and got into Halloween mode! 👻🎃 I put up lights on the front porch, and the spooky vibes are already setting in. I just love decorating for the holidays—it makes everything feel so festive!
To top off the day, I cozied up with Bella 🐾 and finished my 41st book of the year 📚. Now, we’re gearing up for the Bills game at 8:20! ❤️🤍💙🏈 What a day—cooking, decorating, relaxing, and football… I’d say it was a good one!
